Hi, My name is Marty Keene and I am a passionate property investor. probably like many of you reading this web page now.
5 Years ago I set up this website to help other investors find positive geared property using a company called Positively Sold which was operated by 2 delightful and very smart ladies called Ilesha & Alison.
I had personally used their services to purchase a couple of properties in QLD and had been amazed by the success they were having and wanted to share there service through my website.
They initially were just investors themselves who sought out and secured their own investments. However in this process they uncovered more property investment gems than they could possibly invest in... lots more in fact, so they started offering a service helping other investors and thankfully I discovered them via an investment club I was part of.
The properties I purchased are both valued at least 120% more than the price I paid, and that's in a market which, I am sure you will agree, has been pretty average over the past 3 or 4 years, with falls of over 20% in some cities.
So why have I decided to re-launch this website after 3 years in the dark?
In my humble opinion the property investment tides are starting to turn and the facts are telling a story that shows a market bottoming and trends indicating that it is once again time to invest in property.
No, I haven't been living on Mars these past 6 months so I know the economy is in a dire position but the fundamentals remain very strong in Australia.
I am a big fan of the Investment Cycle Clock as I think it shows a very clear picture of where we are currently at and more importantly where we are going next in the investment cycle. (Details explained elsewhere on this site.)
What would I like to offer you?
To be very clear, I am not a financial advisor, I am simply sharing my personal opinion as a seasoned property investor – over the last 3 years I have continued to invest in Australian property – but I have focused on property that has a unique twist, a twist that I believe should provide me with great returns.
I would like to share with you what I believe is happening with property in Australia and more importantly I'd like to explain how you can get involved for just $50pw. I'll also explain why now is a good time to start.
I know that for some of you this sounds impossible, but I will demonstrate how easy it is to start building wealth through land acquisition – when you invest in suitable property or land developments.
